Ceramic coatings do increase the surface hardness of your vehicle, however it is not a reliable service to stop scratches. It's got good resistance from light wash marring, but not reliable or strong enough to stop tree branches, drive through car washes, or incidental scratching from occuring. When it comes to our attention to detail, we strive our very best to deliver the absolute best results possible. With that being said there are chances of minor film defects, light debris, stretch marks and other small particles that may be present. Every precaution is taken to reduce this, but no matter how clean the room is, dust is everywhere. We do our best to make sure its not noticeable. Paint Protection Film has limitations and can be wrapped and tucked in many instances, but not in all areas. We are able to do some pretty unique customizations with our install abilities and computer cut software, but you will always be given a heads up on which areas may have seams, somewhat visible edges, and multiple pieces needed. All vehicles are different and present their own unique challenges.

We post heat all of our installs to eliminate this, but should this happen bring it back, we will fix it free of charge.

Unfortunately no. No paint protection film company would ever warranty this. It's a sacrificial layer that's designed to protect whichever surface its applied to, but it isn't bulletproof. Often times the paint underneath is minimally or undamaged. Simply have us remove the film and replace it if it's taken a beating on your commute or track day. 

It all depends on what's important to you. While very different, both ceramic coatings and paint protection film bring special features that help preserve, and enhance ownership experience. If you're looking for easy maintenance and don't want to wax your vehicle, ceramic coatings are great. If you commute a lot and don't want rock chips and road rash to damage or scratch your vehicle paint protection film would be the better choice. Combine the two together and its the best protection combination available without changing the appearance of your vehicle. We reserve the right to collect a non refundable deposit to secure your spot on our schedule. This will be determined based on how much work is being done, and what materials or products will be needed to complete this process. It's good faith, and ensures we will not be out materials should the client not show. This helps us plan the workload accordingly as we are a small company. If you cancel 36 hours in advance we'll allow a re-booking without losing your deposit. If you don't call or don't show you will not receive credit toward a future booking. We have the right to refuse service to anyone whom we deem unreasonable or unrealistic about what we can provide for them. Thank you for your understanding.
